HUMANISTIC PROJECT:  THE AZTEC CIVILIZATION

TOPIC:  THE AZTEC MASK

Dear Students:

The Humanistic Project is preparing the final product.  One part of this final product is to create a mask. You and your group have to prepare a very interesting video about how to create an Aztec Mask. You can find many ideas on internet. You have to record step by step the process of your creation. Also you have to record all the steps that you are going to do during your investigation. Do no forget that you have explain in the class the process and the story of the mask.  The evaluation will be about your cooperative group work, oral presentation and your creative ideas.

These are the questions that you have to develop during the research.

AZTEC MASKS

1.       What kind of materials did you use?

2.       Describe how do you create your mask. Step by step.

3.       Why did you choose that specific mask?

4.       What were Aztec masks like?

5.       What were they made of?

6.       What were they used for?

7.       Do you think it is an important relic in the world history?

8.       Short story about the origin of the mask.
